REFUND POLICY

We will issue a refund to you if you request it before your order has been processed or shipped. 

PLEASE NOTE: we can only issue a refund to you immediately, but we CAN NOT make it show up in your account immediately. The money as to be processed back into your account and the time differs from bank to bank 💰 .  

Any order that the tracking number says DELIVERED for will NOT be refunded by Honey Charms. Honey Charms will not refund any order that USPS had lost. 

If you are experiencing any delivery issues contact USPS customer service, they will assist you in locating your package.
